We’re looking for a People Co-ordinator to work with one of our leading People Business Partners to provide a values-led people experience. You’ll provide high quality co-ordination across the full employee life cycle supporting colleagues of all levels across the business. And what’s more, you’ll have our newly implemented digital HR information system in your toolkit
- the People Hub - allowing you to focus on some exciting people projects as we continue to invest in our people agenda.
**Day-to-day, the role will involve**:
- Providing excellent first line customer service to all people queries. Our team prides itself on giving the personal touch
- Providing support, advice and guidance on HR information system queries
- Ensuring accuracy across all areas of work management information and reports
- Maintaining digital records to the highest standards, providing a professional and value-added service to the business
- Be used to working with confidential and personal/ sensitive information in relation to data within our information systems, especially in relation to safeguarding (DBS), GDPR, eligibility to work in the UK and continuity of employment
- Organising any bespoke events and assessment centres and attend and support external events such as school/college visits

- GCSE (minimum Grade 4, or grade A*-C) standard in English and Mathematics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ideally experience of using a HR information system
- Appreciation of the importance of confidentiality
