Imperial Professionals is delighted to announce that we are working with one of our high-profile clients to appoint an experienced Invoicing Administrator on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

**What are we looking for?**

Within this role you will produce both customer and intercompany sales invoices and any additional charges occurred to ensure full accuracy with invoices of services.

You would be dealing with preparing and releasing customer and intercompany sales invoices and invoice query investigation, ensuring high levels of customer service when handling any invoice queries.

**Who you are and what we are looking for?**
- You will have previous experience working within a finance team
- You will have had previous experience using the Microsoft Packages
- Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
- You will have the ability to work to monthly deadlines and have excellent timekeeping
- You will be credible, confident, and assertive: able to challenge appropriately and build strong relationships
- It is desirable if you have an AAT Level 3 qualification
