We are looking for a **Fleet support and Pricing Executive** for our **Milton Keynes **operation.

This position is responsible in the department’s ability to grow/develop on order to run parallel to the business ambitions and expectations
- Compose prompt and accurate quotations for the sales team
- Assist in the planning of the body builder schedules
- Update all databases with any movement or changes
- Arrange Company Car handover with Group Employee’s, completing check ins and check outs and recoding mileage and any discrepancies
- Handover of vehicles, issue V5 documents and any spare keys etc.
- Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Be PC literate, especially with Microsoft Excel
- Have the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
- Have strong administrative and coordination skills with an eye for detail
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
- Be results orientated
- Potentially have experience within a similar industry however this is not essential
- Have the ability to use initiative following company guidelines

**A driving licence is essential.**
