**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Corporate Relations Coordinator will independently manage the press office and social media content, working closely with the Corporate Relations Senior Manager to maintain best-in-class service and processes to support senior management and the wider business. The Coordinator will also be the main contact for the digital and technology functions to sustain a regular drumbeat of innovation stories.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Relations Manager, the Corporate Relations Coordinator will contribute to corporate storytelling across a range of channels. The role will be responsible for:
Business channel ownership
- Seeking out opportunities to tell the digital innovation story
- Building internal relationships with the digital and technology teams
- Drafting media plans, press releases and briefing packs for senior management

Content Creation & Storytelling
- Managing the calendar and creating content for corporate social media channels
- Creating and managing financial and corporate infographics, factsheets, Q&A and messaging documents
- Support in tracking/monitoring business issues and trends in the fashion and têxtile industry

Independent Press Office Management
- Managing media distribution lists
- Independently running the press office on financial communications announcement days
- Creating media coverage reports and managing subscriptions
- Proactive monitoring and handling corporate press office enquiries

Administrative tasks
- Project and event logistics
- Budget management and ensuring timely payment of invoices

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- Graduate academic qualification and/or applicable/transferable work experience either in a corporate environment or in fashion and têxtile industry
- Excellent written and spoken English and additional language skills are a strong advantage
- Passion for telling stories
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Flexible and friendly approach with an international and diverse mindset
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good understanding of the media landscape
- Interest in business strategy, technology and luxury industries. Some insight to how brands and companies navigate their reputations and communicate with their stakeholders
- Strong awareness and interest in current affairs; knowledge of the business and finance media
