What You’ll Do Build and manage relationships with top-tier educators and facilitators. Collaborate with internal teams to align educator expertise with client needs. Lead onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives for new and existing educators. Support the design and delivery of global leadership development programs. Maintain accurate educator data and ensure smooth operational processes. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in educator engagement, program coordination, or stakeholder management. Background in executive education, higher education, or learning and development is a strong plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint. Willingness to travel internationally. Why Duke CE?
