Office Administrator

My client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to run a small office for them. This is a full time position (37 hours per week) with one hour unpaid daily lunch break. The office is based in Southside Glasgow and will be office based at first with the opportunity to work hybrid after probation.
**Duties to include;**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Support budgeting, payroll and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Consistent ability to prioritise tasks and work with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
**Salary**: negotiable on experience
