**Purpose of the HR Advisor**:
This is a newly created opportunity to support and strengthen our continued growth plans in the UK.

You will support the HR function with responsibility for the day-to-day function, providing advice and support to managers and teams, as necessary.

- Minimum 1 year of HR experience within an advisory capacity
- Minimum 1 year Payroll experience is essential, ideally Sage 50.
- CIPD Level 5 or studying towards achieving is desirable.

- Ability to successfully organise, prioritise and work dynamically.

**Role Overview**:

- Providing advice and support on people-related queries, escalating to the HR Manager as and when required.
- Ensuring monitoring of sickness and absence trends are recorded effectively, providing advice and guidance accordingly.
- Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings.
- Full exposure to the recruitment cycle and decision-making processes.
- Ensuring induction and onboarding are carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
- To ensure the business is compliant with accreditations and screening processes where applicable, including but not limited to BS7858, SIA and DBS screening.
- To identify and arrange training and development needs from various sources including, Annual Appraisals, Manpower Reports, Performance Issues and Training Matrix.
- To liaise with external training providers as required and develop relationships with local providers.
- Administrating payroll and pension contributions via Sage 50.
- Supporting all areas of HR administration.
