The HR Advisor will support the HR Department in providing an effective and comprehensive service to our internal customers. The role will include all aspects of HR administration including the onboarding process of new employees and the delivery of HR projectsacross the Business. The role entails providing quality HR services across all branches of the organisation.

**The Role**:
As a HR Advisor you will support the HR team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regard to all HR-related tasks.
You will provide advice, guidence and support including, but not limited to; processing paperwork, filing,
dealing with mail, creating reports, gathering information, ordering IT equipment, making
bookings, arranging meetings etc for all elements of our people processes.
You will maintain internal and external standards upholding CQC regulations, contractual
requirements, company best practice and Equal Opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions
- Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
- Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
- Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data
- Identifying development needs
- Suggesting new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations (e.g. ATS and HRIS software)
- Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
- Researching and recommending performance evaluation methods (e.g. employee appraisal systems)
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
- Supporting the HR manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
- Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives
- Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members
**Key Qualifications Required**:
Proven previous experience in a HR Advisor role is essential
Experience with HR sysytems
Level 5 CIPD preferred but not essential.
Driving licence, & access to a car, preferred but not essential
English & Maths GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work alone without constant direction
Excellent eye for detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
Possession of a confident but helpful manner
A willingness and ability to learn.
