**Location**:Hybrid in either our Oxfordshire or London office
**Salary**:£34,000-£38,000 DOE
**Role scope/purpose**

**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Coordinate executive communications, including meeting requests and coordinating schedules
- Support in preparation of internal and external corporate documents
- Manage travel arrangements through TripActions portal with travel policy compliance
- Support on corporate meetings both in offices and outside of the workplace on occasion
- Collaborate with the business operations team to support elements of office management and organising social and culture-building events
- Field inbound enquiries for the management team
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Communication skills: Executive assistants often serve as a gatekeeper, deciding which messages and which visitors or callers need to go directly to their employer and which need to redirected or handled in some other way. This involves the ability to quickly discern and prioritize time demands from executives.
- Time management: Anyone managing another person’s time, as executive assistants often do for their colleagues, also need to be good at managing their own time.
- Trustworthiness: Executive assistants often have access to sensitive information, and the executives they work for need to trust them fully in order for them to be as efficient as possible at their jobs.
- Multitasking: Executive assistants are regularly handling more than one task at a time while keeping tabs on their schedules and keeping them on track.

**Experience**
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
