A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated self starter and experienced personal assistant to be part of a vibrant Executive Assistant team within the Office of the CEO.
The post holder will work directly to the Chief Nurse and the Director of Clinical Workforce Transformation and will need to be able to juggle multiple competing priorities on a daily basis.
Given the high profile roles of the Chief Nurse and Director, the post holder will need to recognise the importance of dealing with highly sensitive and confidential material and have the ability to deal compassionately with a range of people from frontline staff to directors and system leaders.
The Executive Assistant will need to be a flexible, quick thinking, highly organized individual as well as being able to work autonomously to deliver to specific, often competing, deadlines.
The role is extremely varied and if you areenthusiastic, highly motivated and enjoy a working environment which is different every day then this is the post for you.
