**Junior Financial Planning Administrator - IFA Firm with HNW clients - £24k - Epsom (Surrey) + Bonus + Full Study Support Package**

Are you a recent Graduate or Junior Financial Administrator with aspirations to work in wealth management/financial planning? Do you have some basic financial service experience or possibly an internship within a financial planning or advice practice orsimilar?

My client is a wealth planning practice based outside Epsom who have been operating for 20+ years. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to private clients who are City professionals, families, business owners retirees andaccumulators. Many of their clients fall into the HNW category with multiple millions of assets to invest.

This business has a team of 4 Advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offering to their clients. Due to an increase in incoming business and their current clients requiring more regular reviews,a vacancy has come available for a brand-new Junior Financial Administrator. Typical duties will include:

- Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, Protections etc.
- End to end administration on whole of market advice
- Greeting clients ahead of their meetings with Advisers
- Writing Letter of Authority and Valuation
- Scheduling client reviews and managing Advisers’ diaries
- Preparing documentation for any client reviews/meetings
- Drafting basic suitability reports
- Assisting paraplanners with their work on an ad hoc basis

The role will be office based. If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies. My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and tripsaway as well as supporting. Cultural fit will be very important to my client. My client are looking to offer circa £23k - £24k basic salary plus a comprehensive study support package and bonus.
