My client is a boutique wealth planning practice based near Sutton/Epsom who have been operating for 25+ years. I have placed staff with this business - they have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to private clients who are Cityprofessionals, families, business owners retirees and accumulators. This business has a team of 3 Advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offering to their clients. A vacancy has come availablefor an IFA Administrator reporting into the Senior Paraplanner. Typical duties will include:

- Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, Mortgages, Protections etc.
- End to end administration on whole of market advice
- Greeting clients ahead of their meetings with Advisers
- Writing Letter of Authority and Valuation
- Scheduling client reviews and managing Advisers’ diaries
- Preparing documentation for any client reviews/meetings
- Basic suitability reports, assisting paraplanners with their work
The role will be office based. If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies. My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and tripsaway as well as supporting. Cultural fit will be very important to my client.
My client are looking to offer £25k - £32k basic salary plus a comprehensive study support package and bonus.
