**Overview**

**The role**

Reporting and supporting the Office Manager, you will support the advisory and operations teams to deliver an outstanding service to clients whilst carrying out administrative tasks in relation to providing clients with advice and assisting the advisoryteams with day-to-day financial planning duties as follows-- Onboarding Clients, providing and outstanding service to them, including preparation of information for meeting, recording information post review meetings
- Working closely with the team to achieve service excellence
- Assisting with the preparation of outstanding financial advice on investments, pension planning, inheritance tax and estate planning, in an efficient manner
- Maintaining compliance with the regulatory and legal environment
- Support key projects and practice/technical initiatives across the business as required

**About you**

With an excellent standard of education ( A level as a minimum requirement), you will be expected to act with integrity, with care an diligence, demonstrate understanding and a working knowledge of Administrative skills gained within the world of wealthmanagement ( 12 months as a minimum) and demonstrate an interest is studying for the recognised qualification ( RO exams) with the option to continue working part of the time from the comfort of your home
