A successful IFA practice based near Sutton, Surrey requires an additional Corporate IFA Administrator to compliment their existing team. This role involves looking after an experienced Finanacial Adviser on a one-to-one basis dealing with the full rangeof pensions and other financial planning products.

**Duties as follows**: -- Provide an effective link between Clients and the Financial Adviser.
- Ensure that financial planners recommendations to clients are actioned accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with clients and financial planners to collect relevant information, ensuring timescales are clearly communicated.
- Ensure clients are kept up to date in all financial affairs.
- Liaise with providers to collect information.
- Issue reports to the clients ensuring that all relevant documentation is present and clear for the client to complete.
- Processing new business
- Updating and managing the client database.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge and experience within a financial planning environment
- Corporate Pensions experience
- Previous IFA administration experience is essential for this role
