**On a given day, you will**:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across our global offices
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and understand evolving talent needs
- Utilise AI to leverage data analytics to provide insights on recruitment metrics and market trends
- Create compelling employer branding content with our marketing team
- Build and nurture talent pools through proactive sourcing and relationship management
- Maintain detailed recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring policies

**We would love to work with you if you**:

- Have 6+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
- Possess strong technical recruitment experience, particularly in AI, ML, and engineering roles
- Demonstrate experience in fintech recruitment (preferred)
- Show proficiency in modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bring a data-driven approach to talent acquisition
- Are comfortable working with global teams across different time zones
- Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies in recruitment processes
