On behalf of AWE, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition: Exec Recruiter (InsideIR35) for a 12 Month Contract.
Hybrid - 1 / 2 days per week in Aldermaston & the rest WFH.
Part time applicants also considered.

Lead the recruitment team within the Talent Acquisition sub-function to ensure AWE has the people it needs, when and where it needs them to successfully deliver business objectives.
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role; as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.
**As a Senior Talent Acquisition**: Exec Recruiter, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Work with the Head of Function and other relevant Senior Leaders to support the delivery of the AWE Talent Acquisition Strategy and the company’s BAU recruitment needs.
- Work in collaboration with the Head of Function and Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to build the overall Strategic Talent Acquisition Plan for the business.
- Lead the execution of the permanent recruitment elements of the Talent Acquisition strategy and Strategic Talent Acquisition Plan, including all recruitment programmes and change projects, to enable the business to realise and deliver its objectives.
- Oversee and optimise the end to end recruitment process across all functions and campaigns.
- Maintain recruitment policies and process documentation, ensuring these remain up to date and meet all legal and regulatory requirements.

**Essential**:

- Develop and maintain appropriate recruitment policies so they are up to date and meet legal / regulatory requirements.
- Deliver recruitment projects / initiatives that deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy / programme and business as usual activities including the future talent programme.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Function, Strategic Workforce Planning Manager and other relevant senior leaders to design, drive and deliver strategic and operational Talent Acquisition activity.
- Oversee senior recruitment campaigns ensuring a consistently high quality service.
- Undertake analysis to identify trends both internally and externally to identify relevant solutions and best practice.
- Manage appropriate external & internal recruitment suppliers to deliver agreed contract within SLA’s.
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver within SLA’s where appropriate.
