PageGroup UK are currently going through huge areas of growth and are looking for someone to join our Talent Acquisition team to help support the recruitment needs of our offices in the South of the UK. **Client Details** This is an opportunity to join an established Talent Acquisition team and support the growth of a leading FTSE 250 Global business - hiring across our brands including Michael Page, Page Personnel and Page Executive. The role mixes high quality resourcing to find some great new additions for our UK offices, business partnering with our senior stakeholders and managing some exciting projects including our DE&I strategy, Employee Branding, Assessment Days and more. - Opportunity to support the growth of a fast-growing global FTSE 250 business - Flexible and hybrid working available - Market leading bonus structure + top private healthcare, flexible benefits scheme, and industry leading maternity/paternity policies - Opportunity to recruit all levels from Graduate to Director - Bespoke training created specifically for the Talent Acquisition team - Clear and transparent promotion opportunities - in the past year 6 members of our team have been promoted into more senior positions with further progression available. **Description** As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: - Business partner with the Hiring Managers and Directors of PageGroup to understand our organisational needs and jointly support hiring objectives and company growth - Be the main point of contact for all internal needs and be experts in Talent Acquisition. - Upskill the business where necessary on interview processes and best practices - Lead and support on ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders, and future hires for the business - Manage and support on Talent Acquisition projects **Profile** We are looking to speak with Senior Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Specialists with experience of hiring with a sales market, a rec2rec market or within a similar Recruitment Agency Talent function - At least 18 months experience of the above - Experience recruiting high volume sales profiles from graduate up to experience consultant level - Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by success **Job Offer** - Progression opportunities - the team is looking to expand rapidly with lots of opportunity to move up to People or Talent Project Management with transparency on how to get there - Hybrid working - we offer an opportunity for a balance between home and office.
