**The role of Sales Admin Coordinator**:
- Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to align with customer demands and sales team expectations.
- Provide timely updates on sales performance and stock control metrics, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Identify discrepancies in stock levels, spearheading investigations and resolutions to maintain operational integrity.

- Collaborate with sales teams to devise supply solutions that meet customer needs while leveraging the company's capabilities.
**The ideal Sales Admin Coordinator**:
- A minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales office environment, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of integrity and ethical business practices.
- Proficiency in MOS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with desirable skills in SAP and Microsoft Windows.
