**This is the job**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator where you will be effectively managing all data, both internal and external, to ensure that all systems are updated and accurate.
As a Fleet Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and provision of services in the running of the AA’s vehicle fleet. This will include support to both internal and external customers whilst providing such services, as well as a proactive response when dealing with process and resolving queries.
**What will I be doing?**:
- Liaise with relevant suppliers to ensure vehicles are replaced in a timely manner and that vehicles are returned to prevent further costs
- Supporting operational teams with suppliers to insure the timely repair of vehicles
- Managing Ariba PO process for regular and ad-hoc POs
- Reconciling and validating all invoices and ensuring payments are made in line with supplier payment terms
- Provision of support services such as fuel cards, update of fleet systems and other fleet admin functions as necessary
- Provision of MI reporting as necessary to both external suppliers and internal AA departments as required
**What do I need?**:
- Ideally experience gained from fleet or leasing roles
- Experience of working across internal stakeholders and external customers and suppliers
- Analysis experience: excellent numerical skills and the ability to analyse and interpret complex data and translate into meaningful conclusions are key
- Good working knowledge of key software solutions including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Nintex, Microsoft Power Apps, Service Now and Triaster
