**Service Coordinator**
J&M Refrigeration offer Nationwide Cover for reactive breakdowns, maintenance and installation of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Customers range from local shops and well-known high-street bakeries and stores to pharmaceutical specialists, Care Homes and Hospitals.
We have a new position available for a Service Coordinator to oversee SLA and KPI agreements, whilst handling new customer enquiries, liasing with contactors and suppliers and updating customers about open / ongoing jobs.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
**Main duties will include**:
- Logging incoming calls
- Contractor and engineer management
- Ordering spare parts / stock
- Customer updates / reports
- Pricing completed jobs
- Raising quotations
- SLA and KPI monitoring
- Raising permits where required, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Other general Admin duties.
Service Coordinator experience with a minimum of 3 years is essential
Experience using Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Salary is dependant upon experience, and all starting salaries will be reviewed following a 3 months trial: £22,000 - £25,000
**Additional information**:
37.5 hour week.
1 hours lunch break
31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
**SLA / KPI management is essential**
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
