**THE COMPANY**

This company is a premium start-up consultancy that offers both strategy and analytics. They have been set up for a few years and have seen enormous growth. After focusing on the analytics team, they are now looking at the strategy side of the business andgrowing out this team.

**THE ROLE**

As a Data Strategy Lead, you will sit in the strategy function. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Scoping, developing, and delivering client-facing work.
- Identifying opportunities in current projects to better the work the consultancy is doing/service they are providing to their clients.
- Propose and develop a strategic roadmap with the C-suite/senior leadership team.
- Manage a team of consultants, supporting their development and training.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

A successful Data Strategy Lead will have:

- Ability to drive business value, looking at data literacy, governance, and strategy.
- A background in data governance strategy would be ideal.
- Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with conversing with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agency or consultancy.
