**Job Title**: Commercial Team Administrator (Part Time)

**Reporting To**: Commercial Office Manager

**Overview**

We are looking for a Part Time Commercial Team Administrator with previous administrative experience to join our company who specialise in the bespoke manufacturing of decorative panels based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

This new role will join our dynamic and fast paced Commercial Team providing administrative support and high levels of service to maximise all sales opportunities in meeting the company projections.

As a specialist in fabrication with more than 70 years’ experience in the industry working with a range of sectors and varying projects, delivering a first-class customer experience building long-term relationships through front line communications and processing and procedures will be significant to the role.

Part Time

5 hours per day

Monday - Friday

09:30 - 14:30 (negotiable)

**Main Duties**

Raising orders from the start to completion of a project including order pack / documentation for production planning and manufacture.

Liaising with the Purchasing and Sales Services Manager in procuring materials to satisfy sales orders within the cost parameters set.

Be empathetic and creative in understanding the influences of specifications, cost and fitness for purpose so that when requested, you are able to provide a consultative approach.

Accuracy and attention to detail, as all orders are bespoke.

Effectively handling and resolving customer problems and complaints.

To understand and to be compliant with the requirements of the company’s procedures of our Management System 9001.

Effectively communicate and have an empathetic view of client expectation and that of the company and your colleagues.

You will work closely with colleagues and suppliers to obtain the best outcome for our customers.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
