What is the role doing:
The role involves supporting our Managing Partner and Finance Director with their day to day work undertaking tasks such as: diary management, preparing for meetings and taking minutes. Preparing presentations and other documentation and reports. You will follow up meetings with actions and diarise important deadlines.
You will be involved in arranging events, such as our AGM and other important meetings/events across the business as and when required.
The role will also involve making travel arrangements and doing any necessary research.
What do we look for:
We’re seeking someone who is great with IT packages such as Office365 as you’ll be required to use Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint in this role.
You’ll have great communication skills and will be confident in your ability to build relationships.
