We are looking for a CASS specialist to oversee the CASS team as well as get stuck into financial operations on the platform. You will be a key member of the CASS team ensuring the compliance of the firm to the FCA rules and regulations daily.

**What you'll do**
- Establishing strategic direction for the CASS team'
- Managing treasury accounts.
- Delivering presentations on CASS-related topics to key stakeholders.
- Addressing and resolving any issues related to CASS.
- Reviewing our CASS regulatory submissions (CMAR).
- Compiling reports and presenting them to the Board (aggregating management information).
- Collaborating closely with product and technology teams on new product releases, providing insights from a CASS/FinOps perspective.
- Overseeing the CASS audit process.
- Supervising junior CASS team members.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Be able to work independently but also a hands-on experienced team manager who can work with the team to resolve issues.
- Strong attention to detail and able to see issues and come up with resolutions under pressure.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a CASS role, ideally at a Fintech company
- Strong CASS 6 and 7 knowledge
