A leading professional services firm is looking for an experienced CASS & Safeguarding Manager to join its growing Financial Services Audit practice. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in shaping a specialist service line in a rapidly evolving market. The Opportunity You’ll lead and deliver high-quality CASS and Safeguarding audits across a range of regulated financial services clients, ensuring compliance with FCA requirements and providing trusted insight to clients. The role offers scope to work across both statutory and CASS/Safeguarding audits, giving variety and breadth to your career. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied portfolio of audit engagements across the CASS and Safeguarding space. Lead on technical and regulatory matters, providing guidance to both clients and junior team members. Oversee project delivery, ensuring audit quality and deadlines are met. Develop and mentor your team to achieve high performance standards. Contribute to business development, thought leadership and process improvement within the practice. About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent). Strong experience leading CASS and/or Safeguarding audits for FCA-regulated clients. Sound understanding of FCA CASS rules and safeguarding requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
