Our client, a global leading consultancy is expanding its CASS function and creating a dedicated sub-team within its wider Audit and Regulatory Advisory practice. They are looking for a Manager who will work with a wide variety of regulated firms across investment management, banking, fintech, and payment services, helping them meet FCA requirements and strengthen their governance and control frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver CASS advisory and assurance engagements, including framework reviews, gap analyses, and control remediation.
- Support the design of CASS operating models, governance structures, and client money/control processes.
- Advise clients on regulatory developments and best practice across CASS, Safeguarding, and related FCA regimes.
- Manage project delivery, including scoping, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to the firm's broader regulatory advisory growth.
About You
- Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with experience in audit, advisory, or regulatory consulting.
- Strong working knowledge of CASS rules and client money regulations.
- Background in consultancy, professional services, or financial services internal audit.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, growing team environment.
