Your daily activities would be ensuring HR Systems and related business processes are managed and administered, Project manage updates and improvements and work closely with management to understand needs and recommend solutions, identify technical debtand propose continuous improvements to the solution for both local and global stakeholders, Support business as usual activities within the HRIS team, including system administration, analysis of requirements and translating them into functional and technicalrequirements., Solution and process design, ensuring that HRIS processes are fully documented, Supporting the development and testing of the solution ,Supporting the development and testing of the solution,
Your experience would include,
At least 3 years' experience in a HRIS support role. Experience of cross modular support of SuccessFactors or another sophisticated cloud based solution is essential, Knowledge of PeopleSoft would be advantageous, Effective time management skills and theability to drive deliverables to completion and work effectively as part of a team, ability to identify innovative ways of working to minimise manual activity post go-live for the HRIS team, ability to work directly with functional consultants, technical resourcesfor integration activities and SMEs to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and help to drive requirements sign-off, Experience in reviewing design documentation, decision papers and provide input when the HRIS solutionis handed over to support.
