Overview of the role The HR Auratus Consultancy offers a range of HR products and services from HRIS and Insights, to Learning and Development. In order to help our clients attract, retain, engage and motivate their workforces we need someone who has a keen eye for detail and is obsessed with data integrity, building partnerships with clients and helping them own data integrity. This person will also have a keen interest in mapping processes using tools like MS Visio to map key processes such as recruitment, learning, performance, salary increases, and onboarding and off‑boarding processes. A strong mindset that goes into the detail of systems and data is imperative, with a preference for SAP SuccessFactors but openness to other tools used in our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Act as the system administrator for our HRIS SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance, and Learning Modules), as well as additional HR platforms such as our ATS and survey tools. Manage system tasks such as reorganisations, data uploads, minor enhancements, reviewing release changes, and backend administration. Lead the mapping and automation of core HR processes in collaboration with client teams. Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS queries, offering proactive support and solutions to improve the user experience. Create and maintain training materials and user guides for both HR teams and employees. Deliver training on HR systems, build training schedules, and provide first‑line support and troubleshooting. Update standard operating procedures for the HRIS and key reporting requirements. Support the implementation of new HR technologies, including research and rollout of modules such as Learning Experience System (LXP). Contribute to annual HR processes, including performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews, and employee surveys. Provide support on ad‑hoc HR projects as required. Partner with HR stakeholders to educate and empower them to effectively use HRIS data. Support the integration and use of enabling technologies to deliver efficient employee lifecycle processes. Maintain high‑quality data to enable consistent and accurate reporting, focusing on real‑time, daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR metrics such as headcount and workforce trends. Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required. Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration, ideally in a fast‑paced, complex environment. Comfortable delivering training both one‑to‑one and to larger groups, and experienced in creating user documentation. Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive approach. Prior experience in an HR or HR systems‑focused role, specifically with SuccessFactors. Experience with Jira is desirable but not essential. Methodical, logical, and detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
