**Location**: Flexible within the UK. Home-based, blended or fully office based (from our offices in Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh or London).
**Basis**:Fixed term until June 2026
**Hours**:Full Time, 37.5 hours
**Salary**: Circa £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) Part-time or job share salary calculated pro rata.
**The team**
As part of the Marketing, Digital and Technology Centre of Excellence, you will lead a team of Digital and B2B marketing experts, developing our approach to digital first marketing best practice and the delivery of a corporate marketing strategy to engage audiences in our mission.
To help deliver our mission to tackle the climate crisis, we are seeking a commercially minded, results-driven marketing leader to define and lead our corporate marketing strategy. This role will support the organisation’s business goals across both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) audiences. You’ll lead a team of experts, embedding digital best practice across all of our corporate marketing activity and client marketing services.
**The role**
- Develop Energy Saving Trust’s annual corporate marketing strategy, delivering growth across our B2C and B2B audiences, with a focus on revenue growth, mission impact and brand visibility.
- Oversight and responsibility for all corporate marketing channels, including the Energy Saving Trust website, ensuring Energy Saving Trust is following best practice for all channels and maximising them to grow and retain our audiences.
- As part of the wider marketing leadership team, support in the development of our marketing function, championing customer centricity, data driven decision making and latest digital marketing best practices.
**What you’ll do**
- Define and track clear marketing objectives and supporting Key Performance Indicators in line with Energy Saving Trust’s strategy.
- Lead the digital marketing and corporate business marketing team, providing direction and support.
- As part of the wider marketing leadership team, support in the development of our marketing function, championing customer centricity, data driven decision making and latest digital marketing best practices.
- Develop our digital marketing expertise, strengthening our skills and capabilities and building an increasing focus on performance marketing across all client marketing services and corporate marketing activities.
- Accountable for organisation’s corporate marketing budget including B2B and B2C campaign budgets and digital marketing budget.
**What you’ll bring**
- Extensive experience of developing corporate marketing strategies targeting a range of audiences.
- Extensive experience within the commercial sector, achieving ambitious growth targets through a range of B2B marketing strategies, including Account-based marketing (ABM) and Vertical Marketing.
- Experience of leading, motivating and developing marketing teams with a focus on digital marketing expertise.
- Expertise in a range of paid and owned marketing channels, across website, organic and paid social, paid and organic search, programmatic and marketing automation tools.
- Passion for addressing the climate emergency.
