Reporting To **MARKETING MANAGER**

SERE Motors has an excellent opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their fun and dynamic in-house Marketing Team. **The role will include the following responsibilities**:

- To contribute to the communications strategy as part of the overall organisational strategy and operational plan.
- Assist with marketing content strategy. Write, edit, and proofread marketing material for use in different channels such as press releases, blogs, website, social and other online content.
- Using data-driven strategies to grow our local market using SEO and Paid Search channels.
- Creating SEO-optimised content across the entire digital infrastructure, working closely with external agencies.
- Tracking and analysing important metrics that affect website traffic, lead conversions and target audiences.
- Assist with the development of SERE Group websites to grow audiences organically.
- Preparing regular internal reports that provide insight into performance.
- Cross-collaborating and liaising with internal teams to create material.
- Maintaining industry relevancy by identifying and analysing the latest digital trends.
- Researching and suggesting new digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, retention, and acquisition.
- Help with the implementation of planned digital strategies for SERE Group Companies including Jet Assist, IMT Medical and 247 Aviation

**Criteria**
- A digital mindset with a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with data driven thinking.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Business Suite.
- Full Driver’s Licence

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience in the Motor Trade.
- Experience managing and developing WordPress websites.
- Experience in professional design tools e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,800.00 per year
