Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Digital Marketing

impactful online ads that generate leads and drive business growth. If you are a visionary

with a knack for crafting compelling digital campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced

environment, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc.).
- Create engaging and persuasive ad copy and visual content that captures the target audience's attention.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation in digital marketing.
- Utilise A/B testing to refine and improve ad performance.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of successful digital advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, Wordpress, Zapier, Hubspot, Photoshop, Figma and Canva).
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is
