With consistent ways of working aligned to industry best practice, we’ll build sustainable and predictable sales pipelines for our market-leading services and offerings.The Digital Marketing Consultant will design and execute digital strategies, specialising in promoting and optimising content across SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising. The role will focus on increasing awareness of the work we do, building brand visibility, and driving revenue growth within the sector. You will also set up, monitor, and optimise digital campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide detailed analytics and reporting on campaign effectiveness - including account engagement and marketing-influenced revenue - to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee integrated digital campaigns to drive awareness, contact generation and pipeline growth.Manage SEO and PPC activity, ensuring ROI and clear performance accountability.Drive digital best practice through ongoing testing, experimentation, and optimisation.Manage and optimise Marketo and marketing automation workflows to support campaign delivery.Lead on marketing attribution strategy, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI to track MQLs, campaign performance, and ROI.Collaborate with Sales to align marketing activity with pipeline goals and provide visibility into customer engagement.Test and refine landing pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels to maximise performance.Maintain and optimise website content to ensure it is accurate, up to date, searchable, and aligned with SEO best practices.Minimum (essential) requirements:Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies in a B2B environment.Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and demonstrate ROI.Understanding of attribution models and marketing performance measurement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling B2B content.Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and other stakeholders to drive pipeline impact.Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Desirable: Deep understanding of long, complex B2B sales cycles and how marketing can influence multiple touchpoints.Experience with multi-channel attribution, marketing automation, and data-driven campaign optimisation.Familiarity with B2B digital marketing best practices, including content strategy, paid media, SEO, and lead nurturing.Who you areYou are driven by Kainos' values: determination, honesty, respect, creativity, and cooperation.
