This role sits in our UK Search team who appoint Chief Executives, Directors and senior leaders as well as Board members including Chairs, Trustees and Non-Executive Directors for a range of charities - from large household names to small local organisations.

We are flexible where you work, whether that be entirely at home, in our central London office or a combination of the two. We're also flexible when you work, we're open to compressed hours, part time etc.

We are seeking a someone who will support and manage the research phase of our recruitment projects and assist the whole team in a range of tasks, as well as ensuring that market intelligence is up to date.

You will conduct research across a range of sectors and initiate contact with individuals as well as providing market feedback to our clients. It's a rewarding and satisfying role that focuses on building relationships and supporting individuals throughour processes as we work to build great leadership teams and Boards at incredible charities and other not for profit organisations.

Our consultants do not work on individual commission; we are driven by outcomes and impact. We offer an attractive salary and an annual company bonus scheme. Our benefits include flexible working, a matched pension contribution, 28 days annual leave (pro-ratedif applicable) + bank holidays, wellbeing support and 6 (pro-rated if applicable) days off a year to volunteer.
