An exciting opportunity is available for a Process Transformation Analyst to join one biggest manufacturers of building materials.

The organisation has recently established a Process Mining Centre of Excellence which is underpinned by a data processing technology called Celonis. The organisation is now looking for someone to scale and formalise their operation with a view to expandtheir automation capabilities.

This role will be fundamental in the running of the centre of excellence to create the structure and reports needed for the organisation to better track, measure and communicate their progress.

**Responsibilities as an Process Transformation Analyst include**:

- To design and develop a set of reports to measure our deliverables and report progress back to different levels of the organisation including senior leadership.
- Work with the centre of excellence team to create a framework to take business cases from start to finish.
- Monitor, manage and track Celonis data loading jobs and service tickets for issues related to the new tool and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner through the existing teams.
- Communicating the results provided in the reports in written and verbal form to managers, adapting the language appropriately to the relevant stakeholders.

**Skills and experience needed for this Process Transformation Analyst role**:

- Experience working as either a financial, reporting, data or business analyst analysing data, creating reports and working with business functions to construct business cases.
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
- Experience putting together business cases and collecting information from different functions, asking critical questions and developing benefits and cost structures.
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts. Preference if you have experience with Google Suite and Jira.
