**A multinational energy company is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months. The role is home based with expectation to travel to offices in Glasgow, Perth and Reading for meetings on occasion.**

**The main purpose of the Senior PMO Analyst role is to provide programme support to the programme leadership team around general project meeting facilitation and administrative support, assisting with and supporting project workshops, assist the Programmeand Project managers in the maintenance of key project documentation and undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the leadership team. In addition this role will be responsible for coaching of other PMO analysts**

**Duties**:

- Support the overall programme leadership team and project managers where required with maintaining key project documentation i.e project plans, RAID logs, action logs and overall governance
- Coaching the other PMO analysts
- Carry out day-to-day support activities to the programme leadership team primarily around assisting with scheduling of workshops with both internal and external stakeholders, providing administrative support at workshops and any other general meeting support
- Undertaking quality management duties to make improvements to workflow within the programme
- Support the Programme Office Team when required with wider programme activity such as onboarding new Finance transformation team members and internal communication and engagement
- Support resource and capacity management processes
- Develop and manage detailed project plans on MS Project

**Skills and experience**:

- Strong understanding of change / project management within a Corporate Function, e.g. process and IT led changes is essential
- Have people management experience is essential
- Previously worked in a PMO office on a transformation is essential
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- An understanding of a Finance Function and having worked on a Finance transformation would be preferred but is not essential
- Strong MS project skills
- Experience in working within an Agile framework
