Summary We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Programme Co-ordinator working as part of our internal Consultancy team. National Trust has an ambitious portfolio of projects and the national Grouped Project initiative, where we group projects bytheme, will play a pivotal role in delivering this work more efficiently and effectively. These grouped projects mainly focus on visitor infrastructure and will help improve access to our places and protect our environment. Your contractual location can be either Bristol or Swindon; but the role will involve working on projects spread between Kent and Cornwall. As such you will be required to work flexibly and you may need to travel to Trust properties for site meetings andoccasionally nationwide for project and programme meetings when required. We can be flexible about working patterns and are happy to explore and agree a working arrangement which strikes the right balance for both you and the Trust.
As a programme team we will be working with a broad range of external stakeholders and internal specialists so confidence with working across all levels of seniority is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of budgets, finance and be able to collate, maintain, analyse, and prepare data for reporting purposes.
- You're able to multi-task and to successfully handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Have the ability to work well both in a team and on your own initiative.
