As a Wellbeing Co‑ordinator, you will supervise staff and line manage Senior Wellbeing Advisors. You will co‑ordinate the day‑to‑day running of the centre, and collaborate with managers and staff to create a robust programme of delivery. You will be collecting data and feedback as well as the promotion and development of the service. You will have experience working with vulnerable people with diverse need, especially in a mental health setting. You will have experience of individual need assessments. You will have excellent communication skills and ability to assess and manage risk and conflict. You are able to work on your own initiative and within a team and manage your time. Solent Mind is the largest mental health charity in Hampshire, supporting over 48,000 people with mental health interventions annually. It is part of a network of 125 local Minds in England and Wales, which are independent charities affiliated to Mind, the national mental health charity. Solent Mind has its own board of trustees and raises its own funds to deliver its services, support and training tailored to the needs of people living in Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth, and the Isle of Wight.
