A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an E-commerce Product Content Coordinator to join our amazing team at Pet Drugs Online.

The role will be 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, based at our Keynsham site, with an option for hybrid working.

**About the role**:
Are you looking for more responsibility and autonomy in your role?

We are looking for an E-commerce Product Content Coordinator to bring fresh ideas to the team and focus on all aspects of online product merchandising. This role helps us create an online experience that is second to none for our customers and maximises conversion and sales.

Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will be a valued member of the Merchandising Team. You will create and maintain a strong working relationship with stakeholders across the whole company and with external suppliers.

You will be responsible for helping to create the online content that customers see, ensuring that they can understand what the product delivers at a glance.

You will support the Merchandising Assistants - help them obtain and utilise the best product data, make sure products in the pipeline launch on time and on brand and are correctly merchandised on the website.

**Key Job Duties**
- Ensure that product pages are effectively merchandised, with accurate descriptions, prices, images, etc.
- Create new products - working with brands/suppliers to provide product descriptions, images, etc.
- Proactively review the site, enforce consistency across listings and categories, and suggest improvements
- Audit existing listings regularly, help the team with their housekeeping and suggest improvements
- Work with suppliers to coordinate rebrands and product changes
- Monitor competitive activity and recommend improvements to the website content
- Be the key person for queries from other departments
- Provide support to the Merchandising Manager
- Work closely with the Senior Merchandiser and the Buyer to identify poor sellers and support the management of sell-through
- Using an on-site search tool to identify gaps and opportunities in ranges
- Support the briefing of new product builds to the team and subsequent checking before the product launch
- Liaise with the Marketing Team to maintain product and category updates required to support the website’s SEO strategy
- Work with Marketing Team to ensure key products in promotions have their PDP optimised. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Procurement and Customer Service teams to support the launch of promotions
- Ensure products are effectively categorised and visually merchandised, e.g. highlighting best sellers and key performers - using the Framework Guide

**What are we looking for?**
- Essential requirements: _
- Previous experience in Merchandising as an Assistant Merchandiser, Junior Merchandiser or similar
- Good time management skills and ability to manage and effectively switch between multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong computer literacy skills - especially in Excel
- Organised, accurate and excellent attention to detail
- Tech literate - ability to learn new marketplace platforms, commercial software, and multichannel management software
- To be a confident communicator with a customer-centric approach
- Team player attitude

- Experience using SLI, Content Square or Fresh Relevance
