**JOB OVERVIEW**:
Reporting to the Processing/Hub Manager the E-commerce Supervisor will be the service lead planning, monitoring, and reporting on all events, issues and concerns across both transport and warehouse service delivery. You will liaise with other operational teams measuring the quality of service delivered and ensure all handling processes are compliant.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Review in-bound pre-alerts to see who is shipping by product and the forecasted quantities
- Reconcile Forecasted vs. Received activity and publish accurate activity reports each shift
- Be the E-commerce champion on site in terms of product and processing knowledge
- Ensure all exports are made on time to connect with external networks
- Manage delivery activities and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Carry out induction and training for new team members as required.
- Ensure a team working ethos is created and maintained.

**ABOUT YOU**:
The successful applicant should be a self-starter who is highly organised, with a proactive approach and a ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving. They will be experienced in a mail or parcel logistics environment and have high attention to detail. They will possess high levels of initiative, energy and have passion and dedication for completing tasks to the highest standards. They must be able to work effectively as an individual, as well as part of the warehouse team and have proven experience in managing and motivating a team. They will have strong communication skills and be competent in English & Maths. They must also have IT skills and be able to utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently.
