We need a top‑notch Operations Coordinator to ensure we continue growing and improving every day. Key responsibilities As a Warehouse Supervisor your role will be to ensure that all Warehouse Operations are efficient and compliant, and all contracts are managed in line with customer SLAs and internal processes. A successful Warehouse Supervisor will have a sound knowledge of all Warehouse activities to meet client‑specific requirements whilst adhering to contractual SLAs and KPIs. You will confidently deal with pick requests, inbounding of stock and all elements of sortation across all accounts. In a supervisory capacity, you will work with the Warehouse Manager to train staff, implement process changes and ensure the smooth running of all warehouse operations. Key skills needed Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics environment in a supervisory capacity Good understanding of health and safety in a warehouse setting Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software Ability to act on your own initiative without constant supervision Proven experience of dealing with courier questions and queries If this Warehouse Supervisor role sounds like you, please get in touch The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
