Warehouse Supervisor – Bristol
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, with every second Saturday morning on rotation
Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, bonus scheme, and pension
About the Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer within the construction industry, known for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy Bristol branch and oversee daily warehouse and transport operations.
The Role
The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in managing the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient operations, excellent customer service, and compliance with all health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse activities, including goods in/out, stock control, and order fulfilment.
*
Supervise and support a small team of warehouse operatives and drivers.
*
Manage a small fleet of vehicles, ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
*
Conduct stock intake, rotation, and drop point assessments to maintain accuracy and control.
*
Ensure all operations are compliant with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
*
Monitor and drive performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction within the branch.
*
Maintain accurate records using Excel and/or SAP systems.
*
Liaise with customers, transport partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Experience Required
*
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or construction-related industries.
*
Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices and warehouse procedures.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
*
Competent in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable.
*
Strong organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
*
A valid UK driving licence is essential.
