The Sales and Marketing Manager position is an exciting and motivating role, responsible for overseeing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy whilst spearheading the growth of the department.

You will be tasked with delivering the marketing strategy across digital, outdoor and content platforms, whilst researching and developing future marketing strategies.

In addition, you will be responsible for generating new business enquiries through construction consultants, local authorities, surveying practices and direct commercial clients. The role is an approx. split of 30% sales and 70% marketing.

**The Job**
- Drive enquiries to the Estimating department through direct sales and CPD presentations alongside technical teams
- Increase Maguire Brothers’ brand awareness to new and existing markets
- Creating digital media content and general website management
- Development of marketing and creative materials
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, and identifying market trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Compile analytics of existing sales and marketing strategies.
- Create various advertising campaigns
