Vacancy: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Surbiton, Surrey, KT6

Salary: OTE £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client, a highly successful, forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator with Listing skills to join their team based at their branch in Surbiton.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property and the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.

You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered.

You will need to be punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced-paced, pressurised sales environment. 

The perfect candidate will be dynamic, energetic, competitive, resourceful and well-presented.

The Company: Our client is a privately owned, long established independent Sales and Lettings agency, with highly successful offices in the Surbiton area London area.

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

  • Previous experience as Sales Negotiator
  • A sales / customer service background.
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Surbiton and the surrounding area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential and own car essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
