Marketing Director

Deliver the annual strategic marketing plan for B2B channels and consumer channels across the full marketing mix.
- Create and manage a Marketing Communications campaigns calendar across all target segments.
- Identify market information gaps and manage the resources required to generate Marketing Intelligence to move the Marketing plans forward.
- Build relationships across media partners, charity partners and customers at a senior level to facilitate joint marketing initiatives.
- Brief and manage external agencies to deliver Market Research, Sustainability Initiatives and PR.
- Manage the adoption of a new CRM system for the business, working alongside the business development team, maximising the data opportunities, and achieving a high return on investment.
- Working alongside the Head of Brand, manage the creation of branded collateral and promotional material ensuring quality and accuracy across all aspects of production and distribution with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Report back to the business with pre and post campaign analysis, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments to the plan.
- Manage all aspects of campaign collateral production (digital and print) and distribution ensuring accuracy, value for money and cost effectiveness.
- A minimum of 5 years Marketing Management experience.
- Experience of working alongside sales teams.
- Experience of digital media and analytics.
- Ability to lead and manage staff.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques.
- Solution focused with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to generate ideas and develop creative solutions.
- Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, manage to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to influence decision making.
- Experience in managing budgets and delivery of budgets
- Proficient in MS Office - Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook
