**Client Service Executive**
A unique opportunity to develop your career as a Client Services Executive at a rapidly expanding modern law firm. They are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and confident individual to support our central Client Care Team. Their approach to client serviceis what makes their firm a market leader. Reporting to the Business Development Manager and assisting clients, contacts, and lawyers in their market leading property team, this role will initially be on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with the opportunity togo permanent if you perform well and love the job. They have a track record of developing their staff and promoting from within.
The role will suit those interested in pursuing a career in sales and client services, or a career in law with the invaluable communication skills which make lawyers at this firm special.
**Sales Support**:

- New enquiry quotes from web generated leads
- Quote follow up calls

**Client Relations**:

- Client care calls
- Introducer calls
- Manage successful client onboarding and ensure high, ongoing client satisfaction and retention
- Ability to convey the “why” of the Laurus proposition effectively

**Requirements**:
No comparable experience is required but you must be:

- IT literate with the ability to quickly learn and use our CRM system
- High degree of empathy, self-management, and drive
- Eagerness and ability to thrive in fast growing environment that rapidly changes
- Superb organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
