Risk Co-ordinator

The post holder will undertake and carry out delegated aspects of the risk portfolio ensuring that the systems and processes inform a comprehensive picture of risk across the organisation. Supporting the Head of Risk in designing, developing and delivering the Trust wide Risk Management Strategy to meet the needs of clinical localities and support services.
The post holder will provide high quality risk support and work closely with clinical localities, The Company Secretary team, corporate functions and support services to influence and provide advice that enables the Trust's risk strategies to be effectively driven and delivered. In addition, the post holder will be expected to support the development, maintenance and control of all risk processes to meet organisational needs. This will include support with the following:
- Board Assurance Framework;
- Operational Risk Registers at all levels;
- Risk profiling and analysis;
- Monitoring and review of the Risk team inbox;
- Risk Appetite Statement;
- Team key performance indicators
- Delivering Risk Management Training and Support Sessions;
- Development of an Annual Governance Statement;
- Production of high level Risk Reports to Exec level committees;
- Implementing and embedding risk systems and processes
The post holder will work across the portfolio held by the Chief Officer for Improvement and Compliance working collaboratively with professionals across clinical and support services.
