Project Co-Ordinator Central Function - Lining Division / SUSEstablished in 2013 Sapphire Utility Solutions part of Lanes Group has quickly become the partner of choice for many clients across the UK in our chosen markets.We are delivering lining solutions to five of the WASCs in the UK across R&M and planned workstreams. Currently the Lining Division is recruiting for a Lining Assurance Team Leader to join us in delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across the region. As part of the central function you will be working closely with all our clients and contributing to their AMP8 objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning execution and monitoring of various projects. This role will involve collaborating with team members clients and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standard.Location: Holme Road Bamber BridgeHours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per weekSalary: 28000 - 30000 per annum DOEKey Responsibilities:Project Management Support: Assist in the planning scheduling and execution of projects from initiation to completion.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts timelines meeting notes and progress reports.Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders and coordinate communication between clients team members and vendors.Task Management: Monitor project timelines milestones and deliverables ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.Resource Allocation: Support the management of project resources ensuring proper allocation and tracking.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.Budget Tracking: Track project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals.Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management clients and other stakeholders.Permit Management: Ensuring that permits for roadworks are properly applied for and granted including scheduling approvals and compliance with local authority regulations.Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectationsExperience and qualifications required for the role:Proactive: You take initiative and are eager to learn.
