An exciting opportunity has opened for a Cleaning Manager with Multi-Site Cleaning management experience to manage a portfolio of different business and premises. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Manager to grow within an expanding company.

General duties will include:

- Recruitment for current sites and new contracts where staff do not TUPE across
- The ability to commence & take over new awarded sites
- Manage the performance of your staff and build strong relationships
- Communicating with clients and resolving issues quickly & efficiently
- Stock control and ordering and delivering
- Multi-Site experience in commercial cleaning-based role
- Ability to build strong long-lasting staff & client relationships
- Experience of managing teams of cleaners
- A willingness to work flexible hours & assist with cleaning when cover is needed
- Excellent time management
- Excellent numerical, written & verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of health & safety advantageous
- Able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 2 years (required)
- Commercial cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
