We are looking for an experienced Night Supervisor who is looking for a new challenge.

Your role as Night Supervisor will involve helping the manager to ensure the following tasks are completed:
1. Looking after the Food & Beverage department of the hotel during the night.

2. Welcoming our guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner.

3. Ensuring that the public areas are kept immaculate - you will be cleaning public areas and preparing meeting and event spaces ready for the next day.

4. Assisting guests with their luggage

5. Dealing with any enquires and carrying out walk rounds of the hotel to ensure the safety of our guests.

6. Working with the Rooms Division Manager to ensure the smooth running of the front desk.

7. Completing the night audit and keeping on top of the administration.

The Welcombe is a calendar country house located on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon. The Hotel holds 85 bedrooms and 7 spacious apartments for groups, a Spa with hydropool, an 18-hole championship golf course and acres of landscaped gardens which make for picture perfect wedding memories.
