Our client is a high growth IT consultancy offering innovative future ready IT and software solutions to improve business efficiency. Supporting a wide range of products and services, this business is growing quickly.
As part of that growth, they are expanding their sales team in the UK and are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales/Telesales people to join their High Wycombe based team.
This is an office-based role, and we can offer either part time or full-time hours. Part time would be 5 days per week of a total of 25 hrs per week (9.30- 2.30 ideally). Full time is 9.00 to 5.30. All hours are to be worked in the office.
**The Job**
You will be conducting business research to find new customers, cold calling to arrange meetings for seniors, investigating needs, being involved in proposals and pricing, selling products and services to new clients and upselling to existing customers,attending events and conferences in the UK, writing reports for seniors, managing own pipeline and numbers on the CRM to ensure sales targets are met. The salary will be between £20 and £25k doe with an extra 20% of salary bonus for meeeting, very chievableKPIs/activity levels.
- Will be articulate and confident on the phone with excellent business communication skills
- Will have experience in a similar role, investigating, cold calling and selling on the phone
- Will have strong influencing skills with confident closing skills
- Will be IT literate and generally tech savvy
- Will be driven to succeed, accountable and enthusiastic
